How does the NDA work?
We sign it before we open a single file, using your NDA or ours. Nothing about your project moves forward until that is in place.
What happens in the free initial consultation?
A quick chat about the project: what you built, where it got stuck, and what you need next. It costs nothing, and at the end we recommend the route that fits, including telling you if you need none of them.
What does the Equity Partner route mean in practice?
The same diagnostic and hands-on work as Fix It, with Tech Studio taking a stake in the project instead of the full cash cost. It suits founders who want a technical partner invested in the outcome, not only paid for hours.
Do I keep full ownership on the Diagnostic Report and Fix It routes?
Yes. Both are entirely cash-based: you own the project outright throughout, and we hand over a clean report and documentation either way.
