Engagements range from a week's advisory to multi-month fractional CTO. A first call tells us both whether it's a fit.

We spend thirty minutes on what you're trying to do, where you're stuck, and whether I can help. No pitch, no pressure.

If it's a fit, I write up the engagement: shape, timeline, price, with enough detail that you can say yes or no confidently.

About
For 25 years I've been building software and the teams that deliver it. I started as a network engineer, moved into web development, then engineering leadership, and I've stayed close to the code the whole way.
Most recently, I led engineering of an insuretech SaaS that grew from bootstrap to acquisition by a multinational, scaling the team to 20+ engineers, shipping ISO 27001 certification, and running an M&A integration. Along the way I built RAG-based tools and AI agents that ran real business workflows, lifting team productivity by around 25%.
Tech Studio is how I partner with founders and leadership teams who want technology leadership that doesn't stop at the whiteboard. I advise, I lead, and I still write code, every week.
Outside of work: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (black belt) and music.
