JustPayMe on WhatsApp
Chasing an unpaid invoice is the job nobody wants. It is awkward, easy to delay, and the cost lands in cash flow. We built JustPayMe so the whole chase runs inside WhatsApp. The owner sends a message or voice note, approves with one tap, and a professional reminder goes to the client. The client can reply and pay straight from the chat. No new app, no portal to log into, on either side.
Making a messaging channel trustworthy enough to run money is the real work. The right tone at each step in the cycle, a human approving every send, careful delivery so nobody is chased twice or after they have already paid - that judgement is what the case study is about.

About
I'm Wagner Silva.
I have 25 years of software engineering and leadership, and I'm now applying that to AI architecture and agentic systems.
I've led engineering inside regulated financial services and insurtech environments, including ISO 27001 delivery, scaling teams, and building RAG-based tools and AI agents that ran real business workflows. I graduated from LSBU with First Class Honours and the Best Project of the Year award in 2010.
Through Tech Studio I work directly with founders and leadership teams, hands-on from day one. I advise, I lead, and I still write code every week.
