About Wagner Silva

I'm Wagner Silva, founder of Tech Studio. I have 25 years of software engineering and leadership, now applied to AI architecture and agentic systems.

Earlier in my career I worked in engineering roles at organisations including TalkTalk and Brown & Brown.

I've led engineering inside regulated financial services and insurtech environments, including ISO 27001 delivery, scaling teams, and building RAG-based tools and AI agents that ran real business workflows.

Through Tech Studio I work directly with founders and leadership teams, hands-on from day one. I advise, I lead, and I still write code every week.
